The Athenaeum is accessible to persons with disabilities.
There is one handicapped parking space available in the Athenaeum garden. To access this space, make a left from 6th St. onto St. James St., which runs along the side of the Athenaeum. The driveway entrance is just after the Athenaeum building on the right.
Handicapped visitors can enter the Athenaeum by means of a ramp in the garden at the rear of the building. Enter the garden on St. James St. There is an intercom to contact the receptionist at the top of the ramp.
A handicapped accessible restroom is available on the first floor.
